 Beginning in 1989, C & G has always been a family-owned and operated business founded by Gary Johnson. The original operation was based in Chicago, IL under the name of Johnson Trucking INC.. In 2006, it moved to its current location in Peotone, IL. with an additional yard in Chicago Heights, IL.. Johnson Trucking INC. then formed into C & G Johnson Trucking INC. which is how it is known today.

C & G hauls a variety of legal load products, ranging from railroad materials, building materials, refractory materials, as well as permitted oversize loads sized to eighty foot in length. Our specialty is offering LOCAL same day service to our customer to accommodate their ever changing needs.  Our current lanes are Indiana, Michigan, Wisconsin and of course Illinois, always willing to go the extra mile for our customer.
